Meet Courtney

I am a mama to four wild littles, a dog mom to two spoiled-rotten fur babies and a military wife to a husband I’m giddy in love with. As an Arizona native, who has bounced around a bit but always made a triumphant return to the desert, I’ve learned to find the beauty in all things, no matter how unassuming.

While I didn’t always plan to be a photographer (my background is in education), it was something that I had an eye for and kept top-of-mind. After giving birth to my second son, I started my business in March 2021. What originally started as a creative outlet for me has now flourished into a beautiful network of hundreds of moms, families, and individuals. I have had the opportunity to share their most important life moments with them over the years – and many, for several occasions.

My photography style is warm and vibrant, and I thrive on capturing the joy in your journey. My goal is to capture the true essence of my clients and I encourage them to connect with themselves and one another on camera. I’m a sucker for natural-light and movement-based prompts and work to get a mix of posed and lifestyle photos. Each of my sessions are as relaxed and fun as possible as we get to know one another and foster a lasting connection.

It's important to me that you feel comfortable from start to finish. That’s why I like to keep open lines of communication and always make sure my clients stay informed. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about the process.

•  In college I worked at a restaurant where the wait staff had to sing on a stage

•  I have dreams of traveling the country in an RV with my family

•  I originally went to college to be a math teacher

•  I've lived in 8 different cities as an adult

•  I'm a Virgo and recovering perfectionist

•  Every July we make plans to move far away from Phoenix but then realize it's just the heat getting to us
